FAQ
I'm not technical — can I still use this?
Yes — that's the point. Officers and command staff use SafeCadence Command in a normal web browser; if you can use a map app, you can use Command. Nothing gets installed on patrol cars or phones. The technical part is a one-line install on a server your agency controls, done by your IT staff — or by us with them, on a screen-share, as part of the pilot.
Is our data safe?
It never leaves your building. SafeCadence Command installs on your hardware; there is no cloud requirement, no telemetry, and even the tactical map renders on-device with no external tile calls. You can verify this — the core platform is open-source.
Is this CJIS certified?
No vendor certification for CJIS exists — treat anyone claiming one with suspicion. SafeCadence maps findings to the CJIS Security Policy controls and produces evidence packs with integrity hashes to support YOUR compliance obligations, and because it deploys on your infrastructure, we never take custody of CJI.
Does the AI take actions on its own?
Never. AI summarizes, prioritizes, and explains. Every control action — a door, a signal, a device — requires a named human approval, and sensitive automations are blocked by design.
What does the free trial include?
