In plain language: the public website, hosted tools and a local deployment have different data flows. An external exposure scan uses public data; a hosted configuration analyzer processes the configuration you submit. Business-agent pages are previews and do not execute your workflows.

Who we are

SafeCadence provides external security exposure scanning and remediation services. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email hello@safecadence.com.

What we collect

Information you give us — when you request a scan or contact us: your name, work email, company, role, phone (optional), and the domain you ask us to scan.
Information collected automatically — basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, used for security, abuse prevention, and rate-limiting.

About the scan itself

A NetRisk exposure scan uses only publicly available data about the domain you submit — DNS records, certificate transparency logs, and public web responses. We do not log into, access, or alter your systems, and we do not use credentials.

How we use your information

To run your scan and deliver your report.
To contact you about your scan results and our services.
To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as email delivery and hosting), under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.

Data retention

We keep scan reports and contact details for as long as they are relevant to our relationship with you, then delete or anonymize them. You can request deletion at any time.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@safecadence.com. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

NetRisk and Public Safety demonstrations

Public product demonstrations use sample environments. They do not represent your network, agency, or live incidents. The external exposure scan is a separate service: when you request a scan, your contact information and report are handled as described above. For a deployment connected to your own systems, data handling and integration scope are agreed separately with your organization.

Business agents and model routes

The SafeAI, AgentGuard and AI Security pages describe a local preview and separately qualified capabilities. They do not accept business credentials or start agents. The deployment modes below describe configuration boundaries, not a claim that every planned integration is available.

Local Mode: sensitive processing can run in your environment where supported. Local processing does not automatically make a hosted web tool local. Optional updates or external services must be reviewed separately.
Cloud AI Enabled: an explicitly configured cloud model route sends permitted inputs to that provider. Provider retention, residency and contractual terms need review before enabling it.
Bring Your Own Model: you choose the endpoint and credentials. An endpoint may be local, private or cloud-hosted; its location and data flow must be checked rather than assumed.

Business deployment access, evidence retention, approved connectors and model routing must be agreed with your organization. Do not submit passwords or secret keys through public pages or email.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
