Does this make us HIPAA compliant?
No tool can. HIPAA requires a documented Security Risk Analysis covering administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. This report is the network/technical evidence input to that analysis — statuses say what evidence indicates, never 'compliant'.
Is this an audit or certification?
No. There is no official HIPAA certification. This is point-in-time readiness support material with tamper-evident integrity hashes your reviewer can verify.
What does the proposed Security Rule update change?
